2 ounces Malibu& coconut rum
3 ounces Dole& pineapple juice
3 ounces tonic water
1 pineapple chunk

Method
Pour the Malibu coconut rum into a collins glass filled with ice cubes. Add the Dole pineapple juice and tonic water, and stir. Place a chunk of pineapple on the top, and serve with a straw.
